We came back downstairs to have a room change and the two receptionist where so rude to me and my fiance saying 'oh girl it's too early for this on a Monday. I asked for a beach room in a bond entry into our room all I could see was the Golden Nugget the Bay Bridge and a swimming pool so I called down to the front desk and ask them to change our room to the view of Gulf.
The two receptionist ruined the whole'let's get away for a nights stay' they actually had the audacity to make me and my fiance feel as if we totally inconvenienced them by having them switch our room due to the view that we had up graded to that was $20 extra.
